As a way to offer hope, motivation and empowerment to other people, Sally and Cat have joined forces in a collaborative effort to create a melting pot of songs. The project also involves the musical creativity of some reknowned and accomplished musicians, respectively, who were eager to join in and share their talents. Always looking to provide back to the community, Cat and Sally share their passion through their music. Join in today to lend a hand! Combining a passion for music and healthy living, Cat and Sally have developed this project in part to fight obesity that continues to affect millions of Americans. A portion of the Indiegogo proceeds will benefit the American Obesity Treatment Association. As part of this project, they are also introducing the 46 Day Challenge!
As women, Sally and Cat have done a lot of living and want to share some of that through their music. They want people to feel something when they hear their music…as solo artists and as a duo, and both believe sometimes all it takes is some musical inspiration to motivate regardless of the struggle. Their driving number, “About a Girl” sends the message of empowerment and was written with women fighting life-threatening illness in mind.
The SallyCat Music Empowerment Project
Sally Garcia and Cat Beach were born with a musical calling beyond the notes. A calling to make a difference. Both grew up in different corners of the country but met in music city while pursuing their life-long dream of creating music. They became instant friends and soul sisters who shared a passion for expressing their views on life through song. Those views were bound with a desire to empower other individuals with lyrical inspiration. Thus, SallyCat was formed.
